Who provides the services

Stronger with Sid is operated by Siddharth Pundora. Contact and grievance details are on Contact. These terms apply to online coaching, 30-minute consultations, and digital PDF e-books purchased here. Customers must be at least 18. Coaching intake accepts ages 18–100.

Services, duration and payment

Quarterly coaching costs ₹15,000 for 3 months; half-yearly coaching costs ₹24,000 for 6 months. A consultation costs ₹999 for 30 minutes. E-books cost the total displayed on their product page. All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, with no checkout surcharge. Payment is processed through Razorpay. A service or booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation.

Coaching includes a personalised training and food plan and weekly check-ins. The first plan arrives within 48 hours of payment and completed intake; the coaching period starts with delivery of the first plan. Consultations take place at the booked time in IST using the selected call method. E-books provide a download after payment and an email copy/recovery link. No physical goods are shipped.

Your responsibilities and fitness acknowledgement

Provide accurate contact and intake details, disclose relevant health concerns, attend your booked consultation, and participate in check-ins. You are responsible for using the plan appropriately and telling Siddharth about changes affecting safe participation.

Coaching is a fitness service and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Results vary. Obtain medical advice before changing exercise or diet where appropriate, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. No particular weight, physique, or other outcome is guaranteed. E-books are educational materials for personal use; do not redistribute or resell the files.

Cancellation, rescheduling and delivery problems

Customer cancellations, change of mind, and consultation no-shows are non-refundable. One customer-requested consultation reschedule is allowed through support with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Seller cancellation or an unusable paid slot requires an agreed replacement or refund. Verified duplicate charges and unresolved seller non-delivery qualify for refunds. Support and consumer rights

Contact support with your purchase reference to resolve problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies required by applicable Indian consumer law. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms accepted for your purchase govern that purchase.
