Who handles your information

Stronger with Sid is operated by Siddharth Pundora. Siddharth manages customer information to provide coaching, consultations, e-books, payment reconciliation, and support. Use support for privacy or deletion requests.

Information collected and purposes

Coaching intake collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, age, measurements, food preferences, routine, goals, and health/history answers including injuries, conditions, supplements, and steroid history. These answers help adapt coaching to you. A separate acknowledgement is requested for their use. Consultation bookings collect contact details, call method, topic, and selected slot. E-book checkout collects an email for delivery.

We store purchase references, amounts, payment/order IDs, status, consultation holds, and email delivery status to confirm purchases, recover delivery, and resolve disputes. Razorpay handles payment credentials; this website does not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, or OTPs.

Local drafts and analytics

Unfinished coaching answers, including health answers, are saved in plain local storage in this browser. Drafts are discarded on restoration after 14 days since the last save and cleared when the intake reports a confirmed payment. Anyone using the same browser profile could access them. Clear your browser site data to remove a draft sooner; avoid shared devices.

Vercel Analytics measures public page visits. The site excludes dashboard and payment-resumption pageviews and removes query strings from analytics URLs. Analytics is not intended to collect your intake answers. Hosting and service providers may also process technical request information for operation and security.

Providers and access

Razorpay processes payments and returns order/payment confirmations. Neon stores application records, including intake answers, bookings, purchases, and email-delivery records. Resend sends transactional emails: consultation confirmations, trainer booking notifications, and e-book attachments/recovery links. ImageKit stores and serves site media and private e-book PDFs and produces signed download links. Vercel hosts the site, runs server functions and delivery jobs, and provides analytics. WhatsApp and the selected call/email providers carry coaching and consultation communications.

Siddharth and authorised service providers access information needed for delivery, support, and operation. Data may be processed in provider-configured locations; this policy makes no guarantee of India-only storage. Provider terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

Retention and your requests

Customer, intake, purchase, and email-delivery records remain in the service database unless removed through a reviewed request or operational cleanup; no automatic database deletion schedule is currently configured. We retain records needed for service delivery, payment reconciliation, disputes, and legally required accounting or compliance. Local drafts follow the separate 14-day restoration rule above.

Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw acknowledgement for future use of health answers. We may verify identity and explain any records that must be retained under law or for an unresolved transaction. Withdrawal can affect our ability to continue personalised coaching. Deletion from the application does not promise immediate removal from provider backups or legally retained records.
