Send a complaint to fitnesscoachsid@gmail.com, with your name, purchase reference or payment ID, purchase date, a description of the problem, and the remedy you request. Do not send card details, passwords, or OTPs. If email delivery fails, use the public support phone.

For a missing plan, unusable consultation slot, duplicate charge, or missing PDF, include the relevant reference and any error message. Siddharth will review the records and respond through support. Refunds and rescheduling are handled manually under the published policies.
